During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Failure to complete KYC will result in restricted account functionality, including inability to withdraw funds.

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or irregular deposits and may freeze or close accounts involved in suspicious financial activity.

The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month, though these limits may be adjusted based on your account status and transaction history.

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts, depending on the payment method selected. Bank transfers typically complete within 4 to 8 hours during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are usually instant or processed within 2 hours. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and processing time for security purposes.

You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your gori77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If you are unable to withdraw to your original deposit method for technical reasons, you must contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method with appropriate verification.

gori77 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests, request additional documentation, or impose withdrawal limits in cases involving suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, breach of terms, underage gambling, or violation of anti-money laundering regulations.
